This mixed-used 6 story elevator-ed building is located in the heart of Tribeca in downtown Manhattan. Located just blocks away from Soho in the North, Financial District in the South, and Civic Center to the East. Our team turned this once a dilapidated 4 story building to now an enhanced thriving building with 2 additional stories and an elevator. The building houses one commercial space on the ground floor, 3 full floor residential unit and 1 duplex penthouse unit. |
