77 READE is a masterful fusion of old and new architectural language. BKSK Architects created a TriBeCa Classic combining an 1852 loft warehouse with a New Limestone Structure that not only enhances the elements of the historical structure, but also adds a modern twist. Chairman Robert Tierney of the Landmarks Preservation of New York commented to BKSK principal, Harry Kendall, “This is one of the most unique and excellent designs I have seen in quite some time, and I compliment you.”
